My old Bosch 36 volt drill, is on it’s last legs. Intermittent stopping and starting when the trigger is pulled and a strange smell from the motor when on prolonged use.

Looking for some help, with business paperwork. i.e. letterheads, quote forms, receipts for payment received etc.
Just wondering how others deal with this side of their business. Do you design your own, use any software packages etc?
I have never done it, but I suppose if they are secured in position, not just left flopping around and the plinth is easily removed then it could be ok. Some form of labelling at the consumer unit, stating where they are positioned would also prove useful.
I think you can get adaptors and use PoE to supply it, if that is an option.

I was a late bloomer, but I received my first shock, aged about 11. I was trying to replace an pendant lamp, in the dark, standing on a table on the landing, overlooking the stairwell. My finger went where it shouldn’t have gone. The rest is history, along with my hairline.
You don’t have a carbon monoxide detector somewhere as well do you. Had this before and the customer had forgotten about it. it was the battery in this.
Just looked on the HSE website and it mentions blue-grey or whitish in colour, and looks a bit like candy floss. Very bad stuff. I’m sure I have encountered the white stuff before. Did not know it contained asbestos.
I think I will probably have a look at the job, but decline taking it on. I would like to get a better understanding of these types of installations, moving forward.
Could really do with some upskilling, I think.
Has anyone had any history of powering a three phase motor from a single phase supply?
Is there a preferred/best way of doing this? i.e.single phase to three phase inverter/VVFD, convertor or using capacitors etc.

If you do take a directors loan, how and when do you pay it back when the business is your only source of income? Is this something the accountant will sort out for you?
