    The 1mm cable was into an existing smoke detector so I then put that as my supply and interlinked them green light came on the smoke detectors and tested them and all alarmed as normal

    yes so the extract in take etc will be wired to an interface and the solanoid wont open unless these are on 1596484661 thanks for all the help guys appreciate it greatly
