    I've just ordered a couple of kibosh kits to keep in the van. I once asked the spark I was working with to put the floorboards back on the landing. He did, by putting screws in the middle of the board over the pipe runs! Good job it was an empty house.

    We've had some sparks that just don't like working alone and don't understand that you can't charge the customer for one man to stand watching while the other changes a light switch.

    A while ago we priced some 3 bed new builds at £2250 each, two other firms priced them, one at £2190 each and the other at £1375! The £1375 quote won it. I got a peek at a first fix and it wasn't pretty!

    We use NICEIC online certs and it's had a few problems recently.

    It needs to be a lot bigger than that to cover "the mistakes" that our plasterers make! They also make the mistake of filling the backbox with plaster.
