    Hi The means of the key switch is to over ride the photocell when fault finding. Easier and quicker to flick a key switch than get ladder out and get up to a photocell and cover it up

    Hi Sorry about the bad drawing, it's one I done a few years ago but I kept it on my phone to refresh my memory as I don't wire these on a daily basis. The neutral is in a connector block in the key switch. Hope that helps

    I will look into that, my college lecture said I will have to do 2365 then reg's then I can do 2391. He didn't mention anything about a year off.

    Thanks for the advice, do you know when the 18th will be out? It's just my college have said that I can't do the inspection and testing course until I've done the reg's. So until it comes out I'm left waiting. I've started gathering evidence for my NVQ 3
