    We have a waiting list and we have told them we will survey and install quickly if we have the time needed. They also know that materials used are subject to availability and they're all happy enough. Odd way of running a business but we're kind of getting used to it now.

    Client has told me he wants to go ahead and just hope for the best for the letter to come in time. Am I right in saying that this will have no impact on a successful G59 application? It will simply affect his chances of getting the FIT?

    Did the rules change? I was under the impression that the council need be consulted as long as the panels were kept 1m in from the edges?
