    What might have caused this safety switch to fail?

    Thank you. I'll get into the box and check everything. I have had theachime running for an hour and opened the disconnect to check terminal temps with a laser thermometer. They are 90 to 100 on the Line side and 85 to 90 on the load. I've never checked these before. Is that high? 480v btw
