If you go beyond 10 hours, it becomes a pass. I would not bother complaining, a pass is a pass and it is the Level 2 certificate that means the most. Move on and...

The same happened in a hotel some years ago. Ventilation duct had a build up of grease, oil etc and caught on fire when the chef were flame cooking steaks. 3 rooms above set on fire and the whole of the hotel suffered smoke damage.
Yes, totally agree. What I will do is wrap the 2.5 around the 4mm for a good continuous connection. I'll post up a pic when it is done.
