    Did anyone struggle to complete there nvq level 3 because the company they work for doesnt provide the right kind of work ? Or is this corse simple and is there anything that was difficult in your experience?

    Love all the answers , some people really wouldn't make good managers with there answers lol , I was a project manager before I decided to take a career change and try a bit of install instead... the whole point was me feeling abit unconfident in solving a problem if one occured , I did the job...

    EOL resistors

    Lots of dfferent resistors out there , sometimes you get lucky and the panel will accept the EOL , But in my expericence try and get the same.... p.s check around and inside the panel on every job ( you find spares ) :)

    Honestly it is all down to the colour tempreture and the lumen output , if you are lucky enough to find the spec of this sodium on it is very easy to get near like for like.... he may need to change all as lighting can look odd if different in various locations. :-)

    So recently i have been given a lot of changes to the work im used to, quick example = im ok with single phase boards but i am not competent or confident enough in three phase. My boss is a very angry guy..... should i just go for it or should i refuse until i have training ? cheers
