    I've got training books on conduit, tray and plenty of other stuff from the 80's when I was an apprentice under CITB / JIB But the books go hand in hand working on site with a skilled Electrician showing you the way to bend and form conduit.

    I would just go down the route of what papers are needed for a Gold Card. Don't matter people's opinions are, all what matters is once you get a Gold Card it opens doors for work. Employers, Agencies they all ask for Gold Card not what papers got you the card.

    Any dividends over £2000 you pay 7.5% tax on, on a personal level. Worked for Shoregroup and BMSL and never had a problem. Most agencies are fine, but if your time sheet don't get signed/submitted by the company you work for you don't get paid its that simple.

    If you have a JIB card you don't need a CSCS card you just need to keep your H & E side of things up to date to keep the ECS side of it up to date because its all affiliated to the CSCS.
