It is a combined RCBO/AFDD so would make sense its rated the same. One of the reasons I was asking is that it didn't auto fill when filling out my test sheet so was second guessing. Ill check with the manufacture and will let people know.
Thanks
I've been asked to install Schneider AFDD's into a single phase board. I'm to supply the board with RCBO's and AFDD's. I've purchased the new AFDD's with combined RCBO protection for 3 circuits. The issue I have is that they don't fit into an Acti9 board. I'm thinking of buying an additional...
Customer has a light blown in their bathroom, told me it wasn't an MR16 but looked like one. I had a quick look while looking at other bits and sure enough looks like an MR16 lamp base but the two pins are wider apart, tested at the base and was getting 230v. Does anyone know what lamp this is...
I done an online course and then attended a centre for an exam. Study at your own pace and it gives you tips, such as how many questions are on each section.
I was just wondering what timed FCU people use? Ive been using the Greenbrook T205-SCR but recently had one fail on me after less than a year. After looking at reviews I'm not too keen on putting the same in again. Ive seen the T206-SCR for sale which I'm assuming is the newer model. Its...
If you want to try it out without committing to visas go out on a working holiday visa and get a job as a trade assistant (TA). That’s how I first started and I ended up being out there for nearly 6 years. I did sort out my electrical licence in that 6 years but was earning the same as the other...
Looking to a join a scheme and was wondering if anyone here was a member with Blue Flame? Annual membership of £295 dropping to £195 after 3 years. Or if anyone could recommend any other cheap schemes now that stroma are no longer taking applicants.
Thanks for the reply’s but I don’t think I’ve explained myself clear enough. I just wanted to know when I do a tax return next year would it more beneficial for me to buy a van with vat as opposed to buying private or if it makes no difference as I’m not vat registered. Thanks again
Im working self employed on site but am looking to get my own work as well. I’m looking to get a van as a car just isn’t practical enough. Could anyone advise me if getting a van with vat rather than without would be better for tax purposes? I’m looking to spend about £3k in total. I don’t have...
I used to do a bit of maintenance/service calls on solar systems and all we did, was same tests as when you install it. Waste of time testing individualy imho. Have a quick look through the history on the inverter to check it hasn’t been dropping out. Sounds like these people have money to burn...
Go back to the original 2391. I think they should take back to how it was, not brake it down and make it easier. I don't know for a fact that it's easier, but I do know some sparks who have it, who defiantly wouldn't of been able to get the 2391
That is bizarre. Maybe they did wire it in reverse and the meter is faulty and been counting down since then? Need to test the meter and check the connections at least to see what's going on.
