I too use it for cutting out dry wall boxes, so much neater than the pad saw.
When I got it I was not sure how much I would use it but now I would not be without it.
I never go to a job with out mine (only have the cheap 230v version) but it works all the same unless theres no power.
I will be saving up for the 10.8 cordless one soon.
I agree with telectrix, you need to put a mark up on your materials to reflect the time spent planning and buying materials and fuel costs etc and how ever many days you think the job will take charged at your day rate and then a bit extra for any balls ups.
Ze is 75.4 & Zs is 35.8 (Zs probably lower than Ze + R1 + R2 due to parallel earth paths)
As Malcom said as long as you have confirmed continuity of cpc (R1+R2) then should be fine.

If your making a fair profit from the jobs that you getting from the service and are happy to pay the admin fee then its all good.
IMO rated people will be the only one to benefit from anything like this, they will make money for doing virtually nothing and you will have to cut prices...

Sounds like your doing well mate, earning a good wage and gaining experience too.
Theres probably lots of people out there earning more but I am sure theres lots more people earning loads less than you and if your happy doing what your doing and earning what you earning and have a constant...
