Faulty fluoro bulb light
I have a circular fluoro light, 40 watts. It just stopped working today, but then at other times during the day it would come back on. Thinking it was a faulty bulb i put in another bulb (admittedly i don;t know how old it is). Now with the other bulb the light does the same, sometimes it works...- Sambo1
