underfloor electric heating as an afterthought without dedicated wiring

I'd really like to install underfloor, electric radiant heating in my bathroom. The space to cover is very small, probably 25-30 sq ft. once the tub and vanity are factored in. Not having planned for this, we don't have a dedicated breaker for it. Current set up: we have two junction boxes...

what to do with this big unsightly junction box???

My contractor left me with this junction box hanging out of the wall in my kitchen. Presumably he intended for it to go in the upper cabinetry, but it is big, ugly, the armored cables are hard to maneuver and is currently placed to sit within the most useful lower shelf of the upper cabinets. 1)...

Mounting a sconce that requires a smaller than standard junction box

This is the J-box. Maybe it is octagonal, not square in case that changes anything. On the diagonal it is 4", side to side is 3.5". Sconce back plate is 4" round. Is this appropriate for a sconce with a round back plate?

Lighting plan - opinions desperately sought!!

Here is my proposed layout for my open plan studio. I'm going for recessed 6" LED smart lights throughout, with the exception of three pendants over the 6' island. Lights are 3' from walls, except in the kitchen where it is 2' ( ie. 12" from upper cabinetry). They are spaced roughly 5-6' from...
