    Is this 'filter' one of those BS voltage 'optimisers' ? If it is you can usually adjust the output voltage back to normal levels with a taps inside. 380V is really at the bottom end of things for a UK 3ph supply.

    The wiring looks ok. When you say it trips the breaker, do you mean the MCB supplying the starter? if so what is the rating of the MCB

    Just today I attended a site where they couldn't get in as someone had set the electric doors to off mode from the inside, then left the building before the doors closed and locked permanently.
