    The bit you circled doesn't see to match up with the colour coding on the diagram, I've used the jumpers as co-ordination for pasting in your board next to it.

    Somebody answered that on the first comment of video, well kind of. These sockets come with a 5 year guarantee, so it could be extremely expensive if they need changing periodically.
