    Sounds like the main rcd is tripping I've seen this a few times where there is a low IR between cables on one of the circuits but takes a while to really breakdown and cause a fault

    Normally 13A per phase when I've seen them but at the end of the day the bloke shouldn't be asking simple questions online

    Every commercial three phase fryer I've seen uses that setup unless this is a massive industrial fryer.... No wonder kids are so fat now

    From my experience comrade you'll need 5x2.5mm singles to a 5pin 16a interlocked rcd socket

    True however with flex sometimes you have to as you tend to get spider legs, I always give em a tug and if they don't pull out then they won't fall out.

    To the OP you should seek professional help even if talking doesn't help there is medication that can help, as for the cycle you talk about its your brain essentially fighting itself, you feel in danger so you have to check and the more you check the more your forcing yourself to find something...
