That looks like a very useful product ! Not keen on fused spurs on Immersions though with the full 13 amps being drawn for longish periods. 20 DP switches are better, fed from 16a OCPD.
It looks like a 'Click' switch which are normally pretty good , probably just badly terminated. I hate those 10kW + showers, ridiculous amount of current draw really.
On a recent EICR and CU upgrade the 30a rewireable for the shower also isolated the garage,gas boiler and cooker hood ! Luckily it was soon found that someone had shoved a 2.5mm in with the shower 6mm within the old Wylex. So a new and slightly unusual 20amp radial was created. :)

That's strange because for something so non-compliant it's actually pretty neatly done - the 90 degree bend on the T&E where it goes vertical is very nicely done for example.
Those cupboard hanging rails apart from being upside down don't look as though they have many decent fixings either, considering the combined weight of loaded up wall units that could end up hanging off them.
