Need to move the router. I'm fine with creating my own cat 6 cables but not sure about the other cable that is connected to the router via a wall outlet. It looks like a coax of some kind. The connector says cabelcon 3.9.
If it is just coax, I have some decent quality coax already, should I...
He has evolved and is now fairly rounded in his work. I think sometimes he shows a lack of knowledge but he has the balls to put his work out there.
I think his comments are censored which I dont agree with and he seems sensitive to criticism to it.
I do watch his videos. He is more watchable...
I think your right and it's kind if the reason for bringing the wall out. I want to have something in place to be able to easily add circuits in the future but not look ugly. Also, within the plaster behind is the existing circuits. I'd rather not disturb them
Got alot of works being done at my house. I'm debating studding the wall out near the consumer unit in order to easily install new cables. Some of the cables are data as well as electrical and will be enclosed in their own containment.

Just finished installing a new staircase from 1st floor to loft. I would like to add some feature lighting on both the existing (ground floor to 1st floor) and new (1st floor to loft). I am after a really subtle lighting idea that is only just noticeable, I'm not keen on disco style lighting...
Over the years or doing small and medium jobs iv learnt to allow more time than I realistically think it will take. This allows me to take my time and do a better job. For example, if I'm replacing an outside light then i may think it will take around 1 hour to replace fitting, test and cert...
Apologies for moaning then. I didnt spot the big red box that clearly states arms :-p
Can you clarify how the arms works? Is it a sub section of the forum under the drop down section, just like all the others? I can't seem to see it from the drop down
What's "the badge"? The red box that says "arms"?
Was that there prior to this post? If so I clearly need to pay more attention. Or go to the opticians.
I just spotted your post. Thanks for that
The arms thing confused me not so long ago when I requested to have my trainee tag removed.
It's not very user friendly to understand, find or join. Still dont think I'm joined ?♂️
