    I worked for this company and can tell you we were never allowed to connect tails on the outgoing side of the isolator.This was the job for customers electrian. Something don't add up see it's been sealed up on the incoming. Obviously talking about new connections.

    An odd question, but what is the time from radio 4? Looking at duel tariffs and when they change high to low rate?

    E7 times are normally 12 midnight till 7am, however teli switching/ integral time clocks in meter are staggered by approx 30mins so loads across the grid are not simultaneous. I always advise setting timers etc to the actual time on the meter not your own clock or watch. Its sensible you chose...

    You really need to focus on the length of SWA in question. If it was me I would completely strip down all the terminations BOTH ends and also IR from both ends at 500V minimum. Ze at origin is a good reading

    4mm is absolutely fine, some like to use H07 some t&e. MF instructions have the last word.

    The 24 HR supply (general domestic) should going over to off peak too , you say to separate meters lmo check with your energy supplier that is the case else or would mean 2 element tank and 2 circuits one off peak one 24 HR (general domestic)
