Some updates, I have secured the DNO earth and clipped the tails.
I did wonder how common it is for a dno to supply an earth from an overhead pole supply

Your better off conducting R1+R2 and comparing these to the maximum ZS (roughly) , this will also ensure that it disconnects during a line-neutral short circuit.

I have added a consumer unit and an earth stake to this so called temporary supply.
This is a full rcbo board apart from the mcb to the spd.

You will only get close to the full rated power when the sun is at 1000 watts per square meter , this assumes no shading, on the back of the panel you should see an open circuit voltage and a short circuit current.
