    Thanks for the reply, i agree it should be down to the DNO's to de/re energise FOC to us or the consumer, as should fitting an ISO by the DNO be a requirement for them to do so in the first place. And yes I can fit one cheaper than them, now by a long way. But they still dont want the seals...
