    PME and TT?

    The earth rod sounds like it's stuffed. Bs7671 suggests anything over 200 ohms will be unstable. Is a pme available if the system was previously TT? Abscence of rcd is concerning. Tread carefully Mattja - let us know how you get on.

    pond pump wire

    Have you considered metal copex to provide mechanical protection to the flex between connection box and pond edge. I don't think plastic pipe alone will suffice. The copex will terminate neatly into your connection box. Be careful to use a cable gland as the flex leaves the copex to enter pond.

    asbestos covered cable removal from conduit

    Can you replace the cable without disturbing the asbestos cables I.e disconnect asbestos cabling and run suitable alternative from source to load / actuator? Just leave asbestos cable in situ, seal off associated containment And abandon. Informative labelling / signage might be sensible.

    Hi, I believe the loss of Dali signal will result in the luminaire turning 'on' I.e. Full brightness. Leaving the Dali 'pair' disconnected Should allow you to treat, otherwise; 'Dali enabled' luminaries as if they were a conventional luminarie. Im sure this applies to tridonic ballasts, not sure...

    Running additional neutral to 3 phase panel.

    Hi, if the manufacturer of the panel requires a neutral then this must be provided. If you run a reduced size neutral you will need to provide over load protection for it I.e. 4pole protection device.
