    Maglock not working properly

    have you got the correct power source for the maglock? I noticed you have ac but don't see dc. I had the same recently with a different manufacturer and they didn't supply all the relays and wiring diagrams as the maglock was an option, even though the customer asked for the maglock option.

    Yes they do check if building control have been notified or at least my assessor does, do you know his name as it maybe the same assessor as I have. The women on the phone are awful/useless they haven't got a clue and always advise you incorrectly or again in my case they do.

    Seek advise from citizens advice as I believe your employer is taking the ----, that doesn't sound like an apprenticeship to me, you wouldn't normally pay for your own training as employers get an incentive from the government. Good Luck

    Best bit of advice I can give you is box it up and get a refund as you have to pay a subscription monthly to view etc Then purchase the Netatmo presence no subscription and operates from smartphones, then call a electrician or Netatmo installer.

    on that last cert, i would question why the circuits haven't been split very well over the two rcd, wasn't really worth having a split load 17th edition cu fitted. Looks like another niceic part p 5 day course job.

    You failed as you haven't followed the diagram, they are given to you 1 to see if your competent and 2 to ensure you can follow diagrams, wiring diagrams and schedules etc as they also give you the wiring code ie 6242y so if you don't follow the instructions you fail.
