And remember that some major works are notifiable
these include:
New circuits
Replacement or new consumer units
Electrical work within certain zones (Bathrooms eg)

A spur is just an additional length of cable than connects to a ring final circuit.
What are you hoping to put on the end of the cable? An FCU, A socket??????
Your dedicated circuit is a radial, so a connection to a radial is just part of the radial, it's often called a branch.
The term "spur" is when a single cable connection is made to a ring final circuit.
It's important terminology as the branch you are making from the radial does not need a...
I do not understand your maths. The 200watts is per square metre. So the original 18sqm mat would be 3600watts. The mats the client has bought will also be exactly the same at 3600watts.
In both cases you will need a separate circuit, (16amp minimum) and you need to make sure that the...

Junction boxes with screw terminals are acceptable providing they can be accessed. As with all JBs, cables need cleating, and the box should be fixed, or fitted with adequate strain relief to prevent cables being pulled out.
As a footnote. The mains frequency here is 50HZ @ 230volts. 110V supplies are usually 60HZ, so it may not just be a job to change the voltage.
Air fryers arent that expensive and I'm sure you can lay your hands on some spare currency in the Cayman Islands...
