    If your work, test results and certificate are to a good standard there shouldn’t be anything to worry about signing it first.

    You need to speak to your QS about this, they may offer some training or give you some more experience to gain competence. To answer your question: you would sign the certificate first and the QS would sign after they have reviewed what you have entered into it.

    Without being on site and I can’t say if you have wired it right or not. Are you using LED lamps and a dimmer switch?

    25 year old boiler wiring

    it’s been ok like this for many years. It’s an old couple in the house, so not wanting to do any more work that’s not urgently needing done. In ideal world I’d be getting zone valves fitted with cylinder stat. thanks for everyone’s input, has been very helpful

    got it going using the gravity fed option. Using frost stat, room stat and pump all wired from the programmer. the frost stat was on the outside wall in a box!
