    I would be more inclined to install 3 phase supply if available and tap of phase and neutral per hook up point you could use 16mm and still have scope for additional load should it be required

    Wow if you honestly don’t know how to get single phase from a 3 phase supply you shouldn’t be let loose near electrics btw the isolator in the db is only 2 pole so my gues would be that it is a 3 phase db with a single phase conversion kit

    I think you proding around in there has made things a lot worse if you’re that concerned get a eicr instead of messing yourself no questions it dosnt look great but you have definitely made things worse

    other option is a smart switch and recever via a contactor in the attic done a huge industrial kitchen few years ago with all the circuits on a mk grid switch via 16 contactors worked a treat client wanted nothing on show
