    If you fit a socket it is required to have RCD protection unless it is more than 32A. Motor looks like it is wired star, as said above you should employ a proper electrician

    Can I just add if they have a solid fuel boiler or fire heating the cylinder, the tanks in the roof are the right spec and not plastic pipe it should not be coded 1595325100 Beat me to it snowhead
