    Why all the appliances on there own circuit ? Rcbos can be had for around £10 each You can get 6 way split boards. Does the current board have an rcd installed ? Given that most 3 bed houses have less than 10 circuits this seems a bit much.

    Have been though this with someone who had a very dangerous install done. And because a 3rd party i.e. Me had been to the property napit said there is nothing they can do. Customer had no choice as the cooker casing was live.

    Do not get anyone else in to look at check etc on the installation do to do anymore work on it at all. Till napit have been in touch if you do let anyone else or do anymore work napit will wash there hands of it.

    Strange I could take in gn3 onsite guide byb and offical hand outs with no writing on them. Only needed to use the byb and gn3

    Rubbish have you done the eal exam you still need to have an understanding of testing and inspecting. The course is delivered the same as the c&g.

    Practice practice testing and fault finding you get just over 2 hours to do install board with faults and the time goes fast. There was 2 of us doing the course other guy left at the practical exams as he just could not do it

    Having just done the earl course. It's not an easy course. Read gn3 that whet most of the exam is based round. Have you done much testing and inspecting. Pass mark is around 60% for both exams
