One of the entry requirements is: you must hold a current Level 3 Full Electricial Installation and current Wiring Regulations Qualifications.
I haven't been issued them due to my logbooks still being worked on and marked.
My Local college has just started teaching the 2394/5 and you can take the exam there :) saves me a journey.
