RS do a 30mtr catenary kit that seems to carry 130kg ? and the dia. is only 3.0mm ??.Today i was looking at a catenary suspended between poles for street lighting approx 25mtr apart total run about 200mtr cable looked about a 25mm swa ? (i was driving at the time ) very little sag between poles...
You need a vernier guage ( not expensive now ) i got the data from bicc cables an tables so might be a mm or 2 diff. but thats all,,your problem might be lugs and crimper as the nest/palm is different depending on cable size and core configeration ie 2c 3c 4c
might not be imperial ? 4c cables to bs6346 4c x 150 =50mm od. 4c x185 = 54.9 4c x 240 = 60.9 4c x 300 =66.6 .Cables to bs 5467 ( xlpe ) are about 3mm less .What are you using to measure o.d.
On 20mm its about 50mm from back of the former,so mark former mark conduit and bend you could mark conduit say 10mm longer for your first bend and adjust mark on former to suit
