    Yes that is correct, even when powered on. I don't know if it is relevant be worth mentioning that the trip didn't occur until any socket in the upstairs or downstairs loop, or the boiler attempted to draw power. I.e if all socket were turned off then I tried to turn the socket on for a TV...

    Yes, if i isolate all of the sockets on the upstairs and downstairs loop plus the boiler. all other power can be turned back on
