    Cable size when burying

You really need to know what EV chargers you intend to install & if 3 on each cable. You may need to size the cables to allow for future additions of more charge points. Do you intend to charge all points simultaneously? If not, will you be using a management system to monitor & manage the...

    Cable size when burying

Is the cable installed yet or not? Information of max demand required? The difference between Ref E & Ref D can be quite a lot of derating or larger cable sizing.

Classification of RCD - for Additional protection only or Fault protection?

Why are you adding R1 + R2 and Zs(db) together or is the Zs(db) a typo meaning Ze( db). No offense Zs = Ze + R1 + R2. Is the DB remote from the main intake?

Solar Panels Advice on off grid inverter wanted

I think most grid-tied Inverters below 30kW have it built in now when loss of grid reference happens. Above this, you run into the accelerated loss of mains change program, where you have to provide proof to the DNO, that disconnection will happen, where the inverters monitor the rate of change...

electric on all the copper plumbing in the house

I look after a Business Park & a few people reported a slight tingle when switching the light on in a corridor with a concrete floor. I did not experience a tingle. The only way I could measure the true voltage was by placing a wet cloth on the concrete with a metal plate on top. I tested...

    Electric Wall Heaters

I would definitely contact Dimplex, you can even send them a plan & any information you have already gathered, They will advise you on kW rating size for each room, Sometimes it is better to have more heat available if needed.

    Electric Wall Heaters

In your 1st picture to the extreme right is that a Product model & rating label. I feel you would be better off giving Dimplex a call, but they will ask about the kW rating of each. Without really knowing the kW rating for sure, I would not be convinced you are getting an economical way of...

    TT Submains time delayed

Your Plan sounds okay to me as long as you get a low enough Earth Electrode resistance. I think you may need to check with the Pump Manufacturer as to what 3-phase RCBO or RCD they may specify. C type etc. They will know the expected inrush current.

    TT Submains time delayed

Time delayed 100ma S type are usually a main switch with a split load board of maybe 2 30 ma RCDs to give you discrimination. What is the type of supply at the origin. Is the ground condition suitable to drive in a Earth Electrode, may be test the soil resistance first if you can The issue I...
