    I would ask your electrician now as he will be carrying out the work. You can spend a lot of time trying to make it work so why not just make a good job as the DNO will not connect if not happy with the install.

    How about an EV Charger that already has a type A Rcd built-in. MCB off none rcd side to give you discrimination . Also you will need an EV Tester. What type of earthing arrangement does the property have ? Have you calculated Max Demand ?

    I have had more time to view the report and I would say the test results are incorrect or made up as most entries do not add up. Max Zs values & R1 +R2 entries & measured ZS values less the Ze especially.
