NICEIC said to me they are making entry harder - but its not the sort of chat you have in any detail when your decades in. Getting into the dark arts of EV charging
Most of my jobs are grant led. You’ll need to be AC with either SELECT Or NICEIC. IIRC whichever chargers you want to install you’ll need to prove CPS membership. I did the NICEIC course- richy3333

Afraid they are in Scotland. The short form tenancy agreement and/or Housing Act asks us to comment on the fire detection when undertaking an EICR.
