    The supplies. Can't see the point of spending money on a DB with straight through links, the Henley block could be sat ontop of the steel trunking which is slotted to accept the enclosed tails would look tidy enough.

    Maybe get a 10 way board fit 5 bs88 carriers p, not sure what you'd do about the busbar, unless you snip off energy second way , I'd be going with switch fuses though with separate meters on each if needed.

    You only get standard size fuseholders up to 32A any bigger and its a double module, so the busbar won't fit. What not individual switch fuses?

    Looks ok, you don't need N/C contacts for the indicator run lights, they can only be on when the C1 or C2 are on and they are interlocked so they can't be on at the same time anyway.     White and blue panel indicators should not be used for the forward or reverse motor running indicators, they should be green. Blue = Reset/Standby/Mandatory operation by operator required and White = power/control on.

    Remember the likes of persimmon have huge buying power buying thousands a year and fitting them all over the country so there may be more than 10Pence between hager and BG to us but to them maybe. The accessories are Deta, don't get me started about them, but as good as any once fitted.

    BG are crap, we fit them on the persimmon sites, we used to fit hager all the time but persimmon managed to get the BG MCB 10Pence cheaper so moved over to them! Now it takes us longer to fit, the grommet strip is useless, countless stripped threads on MCBs and RCDs and on occasion the neutrals...

    Cables can be in the same containment as long as they are insulated to the highest voltage present. Compartment trunking saves installing two lots of containment, we used it in a warehouse which had lots of offices, data cables were in the top compartment, and where they dropped to computers...

    You can notch the internal seperator to allow for a piece of 20mm plastic conduit, this allows the cat 5 to pass through the 230v compartment and vice versa, then you just bush onto the the trunking as normal.

    To make these last longer and stop them burning up when using on metal always use some form of lubricant, even WD40 makes the world of difference as decent ones aren't cheap.
