    Method I would go for is definitely Wiska boxes on unistrut, a buried joint using resin would be great but even the best quality light fittings have failures, you don't want to have to cut out the joint to replace a light fitting.

    Just make sure the centre of the lampholder is the Live and the "screw" is neutral, the lamp holder wires are not always wired with brown and blue.....

    I really wish it was like that, we are run by a manager on behalf of the owner who is not present and I'm not sure that the manager really cares which is a bit of a shame, maybe they are talking note, but I can't see how I'll benifit from it.

    No, unless you get the original invoice with it and pretend to be the person who bought it in the first place. It's a risk you take with second hand tools that's why they are cheaper. But if they are only a year old there not much that can go wrong, there are places that will fix them.
