    So I'm looking into it in further detail. Seems requirements for Nest cables are:. Live 240V. Neutral 240V. Port 3 Heatlink boiler. Heating relay. So looking at the image I supplied I guess it's fairly obvious what to do? Contacted Nest seems like a Vailant Ecotech plus 831 is compatible...

    Ok I think I'll go with (as suggested before): 1 Gang 350w 2 Way V-PRO Master Remote Touch Dimmer - Mirror Chrome - https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/VLIJCI101.html It says it can handle 0 - 100W of LED lighting, and says it can handle 350W so I assume that's for non LED GU10's.     Hi FatAlan I've included links for all the equipment used including bulbs, sockets and dimmers. These Philips LEDs were supposedly going to work with normal dimmer switches. If I need to replace can anybody recommend good silver chrome sockets? Or anything else good and reliable for that matter?
