    Certificate 2022? Test voltage 230 on IR - I'd expect that to be 250 or 500 if equipment disconnected (well that's what my MFT has). 5 Ring circuits seems mad. 7 Lighting circuits too!

    If the leads are giving 0.4 or even -.2 that's higher than they should read. I'd expect about 0.1. Suggests that it needs to go back to get looked at by the calibration place if you've tried a new set of leads. Unless you try the above and it works

    I'd have thought the Bezel should screw off with a quarter turn or similar, if this is just one light if it's not coming off you may have to replace.
