I think the term for that is high integrity earthing
It was or is common on circuits feeding equipment that would have inbuilt or standing leakage
A shock hazard could then arise if the single earth is lost
There'll probably be no issue with the 2 appliances connected together
Theres very little hazard that could arise on the appliance cords and the appliances imo
Ovens and hobs seem to have a been that way for a while now
Like others were saying I'd be mostly having a mix of good tools and cheap tools depending on the job
I see this model the on-delay is adjustable which is useful to prevent the supply bouncing
Is the 5s fixed delay-off time sufficient to prevent equipment damage , in general ?
Neutral is a "live" conductor so should generally be switched
Also even with TN where the neutral is reliably at earth potential it can be safer to switch
Everytime i go out to my mechanic he tells some something different
Use a breaker bar 😁
I've got a new impact wrench here 😁
Makes sense alright impacting rather than smooth torque for removal
Ive done a few bits of diy networking in my own place using cat5 end-to-end
But as said above the solids not meant to be used as a flexible end connection in pro work
