    My guess is that some of the control need 110v hence the neutral but it has 220v motor to boot.

    In the case of two the loads they spilt the voltage so presuming the two loads are the same you would get 60v across each load rather than 120v across a single load

    Here's a picture of the horror show. The lower fuse baord does stair lift, shower, bathroom fan, and a fire alarm. Top fuse baord does everything else. Not sure what the switched fsu is doing
