    As in the title? I can see the earth running up by the side of the supply cable from the ground (see picture), but with TNCS this earth would go directly to the CU, or perhaps be in a MET. This earth appears to go down, rather than towards all the other earths of the flats. In the picture...

    Wow.. That's new! I expect this will affect many people. However, I would turn their attention to page 25 of the EAS minimum requirements, which (in it's confusing way) appears to say if you have been a QS within the last 2 years, this is acceptable. I'm sure they can twist and turn the words...
