What can one do if a contractor they subbed into won't pay? He has been fobbing me off since mid January. Speaking to other sparks, this seems to be his trade mark tactic. Can anyone advise as to what questions always appear in Section B of the 2391 exam? I know that section A is the 1 -3 mark quick answer questions but its section B that's got me worried.
