I don’t think the clamp is the source of the problem it would of been in a dam sight worse condition if it was
I’d say a loose connection that has eventually caused the internals to short
To be honest the whole design of l2 to be loaded up like that is a sh!t show
Another 3 phase db instead...
Never use metal blanks on a vertical mounted installation as I learned the hard way few months back doing a strip out on a old bupa building everything labeled up incorrectly (as I know know )removing the db cover to cheak it was isolated and one of them metal blanks slid down and landed...
On hockiki protocol and advanced Mc pro pannel you need the programming tool to set the address for each device this then can be auto learned at pannel and type relevant txt into the address
You also can do the set up for any I/0 units you require eg for mag locks ect
The best way (not the cheapest )
Is to install a small single loop addressable pannel eg advanced or c tec xfp and 9 no sun rail zone monitors
This would be a compliant system
Anything that is outdoors and needs to last look no further than colingwood lighting
Eg

We fit thousands of aicos every year very few are actually fualty less than 1% and most of theese are environmental factors
We did fit circa 1500 fire angel units on a contract they were specified by the client and the failure rate was astronomical
Had a similar issue on a construction site with two paint spraying machines turned out they had been imported from America and some wise man had just fitted uk plugs
