I had the exact same problem, Ze and pfc reversed from on screen view to printed version and the problem in the bonding of other services. I emailed tysoft and they gave me a download link which sorted the problem. Hope that helps.

I've been asked to replace an old mechanical programmer for a new digital one, I've not done any central heating work before and can't find much info on net( I've only got limited web access). Are they a straight swap or do I need to get a compatible unit, the only info I've been given is the...
Thanks for replies guys, the certs are easycert and i believe they are very simillar to the NICEIC ones, with it being pc based the software will only allow me to select one wiring type, ill record it as PVC/PVC as this is the largest percentage as per malcomsanford sggestion also has the least...

7 upstairs sockets
8 downstairs lights
9 spare

Hi, SWA reinforced insulation or not?? Well, my primary employment is cable manufacture and to achieve a certain grade we have tests on cable make up so I'll attempt to clear up some issues if i can.
The only part of a cable that is referred as insulation is the extruded material which covers...
Hi,my first thought when viewing the pic was that it was mounted too low and being mounted in skirting board would be liable to impact damage from cleaning equipment, if i were inspecting the property i would note this. Could there be a sentence stating this missing from the report between...
Hi,
on the circuit detail labels is there a requirement to record RCD's and any unused ways? also do they need to follow the CCU's mcb layout?
If you added a circuit to an installation would you add the details to the existing label or write a new one out and fix over the top?
Hi telectrix, i inteded to crimp and heatshrink the damaged cable, its the cable not being in prescribed zone which i my concern, i have suggested putting in a socket either at faulted position or cable spliced and a socket fitted lower down , to create a safe zone, but he wont go for this.
