Claiming Tax back

I know this topic has been covered several times but I am still a little confused as to whether I am eligible for this or not. I am a 4th year apprentice, started work for a company on July/August 2009. What forms do I fill out if I can claim, P87, self tax return? Any help much appreciated.

Regulations for using pyro

Correct steps for Ze test on block of flats

If I were to conduct a Ze test for the stairway lighting of a block of flats would this be the correct sequence of events: 1)turn off each breaker 2)turn off main isolator and lock off 3)remove main earthing terminal 4)put croc clip on main earthing terminal with one lead of tester 5)use...
