Cable for fire door magnets
I'm installing mag-locks and fire door hold-open magnets at the moment and I'm wondering if any of the cable should be fire performance cable? As I understand it the actual cable from the PSU to the magnets (24V system) doesn't need to be as if it's damaged by fire then it just cause the doors...- davesparks

Door magnets not locking...
Hi all, Looked at a door which is locked via a magnet on the door frame and a metal plate on the door. When the door is opened and left to shut on its own, the magnet energises and the door locks! When the door is gently shut by a person, the door does not lock. However, it look like the door...- Newbie90
