    How do you secure pattress in a wall containing batten

    Hi I am working on a project and ran a cable down the wall for light switch but the wall is old batten style. The wall is going to be skim sometime later this week but I am curious how would the back box be sorted later on. I am not sure if dry lining box would be an option. Any help or ideas...
