PEX Crimp ring test plumbing advice

Final Ring Test during EICR

Guys non domestic stuff here but is it true that you don't carry out ring final tests on EICR. Or is it that you don't have to and done do it as a matter of course anyway or do you charge extra for doing stuff not needed. I'm of the opinion of its not much extra to do it then I'll just do it...

High ring test results at socket outlets

Trying to get my head around this doing r1 rn r2 test on a ring circuit today in metal conduit ran in singles, the r1 and rn where fine but when I came to the the r2 tester kept on recording 0.00 why little confused or is it obvious thanks in advance.
