When calculating r1+r2 i use resistance/metre values then x lenght divide by 1000. my question is for calculating zs is this equation right. Zs=ze+(r1+r2)x1.2.
 
R1 and R2. capital letters. note the difference. like comarethemeerkat with comparethemarket. different letters, different meanings. sssimlpes
 
Poor guy, I'm now confused...............R1+R2..............ring final you will have end to end continuity readings of r1, r2 and rn whereby (r1+r2)/4=R1+R2

During design stage yes, Zs=Ze+(R1+R2) x Cr x L ...........(Cr = rating factor for operating temperature table 13 OSG)
