1 Phase 3 Wire???

I Looked a certificate for a domestic property today (haven't seen the installation), Schedule of inspections listed it as 1 Phase 3 Wire... can anyone enlighten me on where and why you would use this system?

I cant see how that could be correct, so according to that theres no neutral in the property.

split phase?? what were the voltages stated on the cert. But more than likely a cockup

Perhaps it's Line, Neutral and Earth?

Just one thing - the install has two supplies Off Peak and Unrestricted.

Not sure if maybe it's got one phase supplying one meter and another phase supplying the other and, maybe one neutral between them? Could this be it????

Think I better go see the install.
